Start by Finding Your Calm

Begin by sitting or standing comfortably with your spine straight and your facial muscles soft. Close your eyes, take a deep breath in through your nose, and slowly exhale through your mouth. Feel the stress in your body start to dissolve. With each exhale, let your facial muscles release—starting from your forehead and gently flowing down toward your jawline.

Melt Away Tension With Gentle Touch

Place your fingertips lightly on your forehead and begin small, circular movements. Use soft pressure to massage the muscles, loosening tight spots and encouraging blood flow. As you continue breathing deeply, notice how your cheeks, lips, and the area around your nose begin to soften.

For an added boost, you can use a jade roller or basic facial roller. These tools help stimulate microcirculation and enhance the relaxation effect.
